Agreed. He shoveled the gravel for three years and did a good job of it.

He had two things (probably more) right:

1. Don't allow women to join a men's forum.
2. Stop the Alpha-Beta-Zeta crap.

I agree. Both Alpha/Beta's are just Beta's. They both are serving women. Alphas are just the "Greater Betas". Whether working their way to the top of a company, constantly stabbing people in the back and looking over their shoulder, or acting like a thug and constantly putting themselves in physical danger.. they take on unnecessary costs/risk, and it is women who benefit without having to pay those costs/risks. Alpha male ideology is just another "Real Man" term to trick men into serving them.

I think they are fluid.. you can be alpha one day and beta the next.. but it helps categorize various behaviors and archetypes.

Think of them as adjectives.. rather than nouns.

Alpha/Beta is basically just the most simplistic ranking system possible. In biology, when Natural Selection and Sexual Selection coincide, Alpha becomes the most obvious desirable choice.

But when Sexual Selection runs counterintuitive to Natural Selection, there becomes two different Alpha/Beta scales that overlap only at the most basic points.

The "Sexual-Selection-Alphas" that most women select today, often possess traits that are destructive to the civilization that was built through cooperation of men, and may even be destructive to the man himself.. but serve women.

Alpha & Beta are fine - providing you remember they're just metaphors.

I was super pissed off about all that doxing business afterwards, but if Nacho knocks all that malarkey on the head, then I wish him nothing but the best, the peace he deserves, and my thanks for keeping the old forum running for years - he helped a lot of men through dark times.  I had a brief rant elsewhere, when I was still pretty emotional about the whole thing (and that was even after I'd deliberately slept on it before typing anything about it... I'm a fiery one...) but if he ever reads that, then I fully apologise Nacho.

When I read his 'Adios... and eff off' message, my main feeling was nice one! at the bit where he wrote that he was going his own way now.  I hope he does, and he enjoys himself: he's done enough for others now - it's his turn.
